I’m a former collegiate athlete, grew up as a coach’s kid and now coach several programs of my own. Needless to say, my house is all about sports, specifically girls’ and womens’, with both my husband and I coaching women’s varsity and raising our three daughters. I love helping athletes on and off the court & field discover their true strength and potential.
